Danville 1st Quarter 2018 Market Health
During the first quarter of 2018, 250 single family detached homes were listed in Danville, 160 went under contract and 120 units sold. This absorption rate indicates a 3.9 month supply of homes if no other homes came on the market. So we are still in a seller’s market.
Here is a look at the trend for the past six months based on median prices. The median price is the mid point of sales, i.e. fifty percent of units sold above and fifty percent sold below.
