About Linda Urbick

As a potential client you probably want to know what am I going to do for you….why choose me to represent you in the purchase or sale of your largest asset. I have been in the business for over 14 years, sold homes in all types of markets and take this profession very seriously. I am in the field almost every day talking to homeowners providing market updates, other related real estate news and looking for ways that I can offer my services. Not everyone I talk with is selling or buying…yet the upside for me is I get to meet some very nice and interesting people. As an added plus for buyers, I will from time to time come across sellers who want to keep their homes off the MLS and in this competitive market you can benefit from this. I could go on and on about how great I am, but that gets boring to most people and most of all to me. So instead let’s talk about you. Well, there are only so many things a real estate agent can do to sell a home. There maybe one or two things I do differently, just as with other agents. Yet more importantly my questions to you is….. what characteristics are you looking for in the agent you choose to represent you…with the purchase or sale of your most valuable asset. If you are looking for a real estate agent who is experienced, professional, ethical and will keep your end goal top of mind…..then we should talk. Your goals are my goals. I thankful am honored that people put their trust in me to handle their home sales and purchase dreams.
