To some it is security, to others it's pride of ownership, or a place to raise a family and be part of a community. The buying and selling process brings with it a variety of emotions, fear, stress, anxiety to name a few and perhaps joy and relief when it is all over.If you have owned your home for a long period of time and raised your children here, making the transition may be hard because of the memories or just the "overwhelm" of moving.If this is your first home, fear and doubt are your biggest enemies.
